Publishing and updating information

There are many organisations that need to publish information and keep it updated regularly.

Examples would be research reports, government papers, public services etc. Our template driven method allows non specialist office staff to alter Internet pages quickly and easily.

Updated information can be online as soon as the office worker has finished typing it.

The database search capability makes any new information immediately available for the public to locate and view.

The big advantage of our approach is the huge cost saving compared with employing expert web staff to maintain the published Internet pages.

In pricing our facility to such organisations we would consider the extent of tailoring to create the underlying database and the number of different page templates required.

Internet Service Providers

There is enormous competition between the giant ISP companies offering Internet access (AOL, Netscape, Freeserve, BT etc.).

They all provide web space but they do not provide web sites.

The majority of their customers never take advantage of the web space because they cannot create the site to go in it.

If an ISP were to install our system on their servers they could offer customers free (or cheap) web sites – a real competitive advantage compared with rivals.
