Ekos Consulting Limited - DIRECTORS
A management consultant since the mid 80s, Glyn has worked with a wide range of organisations throughout the country. Latterly, he has been involved with delivering TEC funded initiatives including Investors in People. Glyn is an honours graduate in Philosophy.
At the London East Training and Enterprise Council (LETEC) Investors in People Awards dinner in November 1999, three of the six category awards went to Glyn's clients:
- Outstanding Practice J.Durrance & Co Limited
- Small Business Excellence 3DD Limited
- Key Champion Breda Bower, Clinical Director of Island Health
3DD Limited was also runner up in the Sprint Award category for outstanding progress.

An IT and training consultant since the mid 80s, Matthew has worked with a variety of blue chip clients in manufacturing, electronics, banking, insurance, IT services, education & training and air travel. Recently he has been designing and writing promotional material for a Europe's largest IT consultancy. Matthew is an honours graduate in Physics and a qualified teacher/trainer.
Matthew has developed Multimedia projects with Amex, Digital, Computer Sciences, Lloyds UDT, Philips, Gulf Air, Abbey National, TSB, Ford among others. He has helped shape leading edge Internet systems for Cap Gemini, carspecs.com and, of course, many Ekos customers. He is also responsible for developing both Ekosweb, the application that powers easisites.com, and ekoserve, the low cost network server.

With a background in telecommunications - working with both British Telecom and British Rail - and subsequent Fire and Security experience with AFA Minerva, John was involved in many key capital projects during the 1970s and '80s. He gained further experience as Chief Engineer with Davis security and Sentrymatic Britannia. In 1990, John set up Ensign Security and Communications - now part of Ensign Facilities Group Limited (EFGL), a company employing 45 staff and turning over £4m. In 1996, EFGL attained ISO9002 and in May 2000 became a recognised Investor in People. John is a member of the Institute of Directors.
As Managing Director of EFGL, John has a clear strategic policy - with a commitment to the application of innovative solutions to create both staff and client satisfaction.
